This program uses the getopt() routine, as supplied from GNU.
The source included in this distribution has been modified slightly.
To make the use of C2LOCAL easier, portions which were
#ifdef'ed out, have now been commented out.
Where trademarks have been used, the author is aware of that they belong to someone, and has tried to stick to the original caps.
